Measure what you eat! As a bodybuilder, you will benefit greatly from knowing exactly how many calories you consume per day. If you want to gain muscle mass, you should eat slightly above your calorie requirement. In addition, you can use bodybuilding supplements for an extra boost!

creatine

Almost every bodybuilder has a jar of creatine in their closet. Creatine is a substance produced by the body that provides the muscles with energy. But you can also take creatine as an extra supplement for muscle building. The most beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of at least 3 grams of creatine per day. We advise you to use creatine for 6 to 8 weeks in succession and then to set a period of rest.
