Ordering and shipping?
At House of Nutrition, ordering is very easy. We deliver and handle your order with the utmost care. Well packaged, always a little extra and processed on time.

If you order on Monday to Friday before 17:00 p.m., the order will be shipped the same day with DHL or PostNL. The decision as to which carrier is chosen lies with House of Nutrition. We always choose the fastest way and most reliable carrier at that time. After 5 p.m. you will receive a track & trace code from us with which you can follow your package.

Options after shipping?
Once the package has been transferred to the carrier for shipping, House of Nutrition can no longer control it. The carrier is from that moment on responsible for your package. We can therefore not adjust shipping time or postpone the delivery day, etc. We also have no influence on the speed of delivery.

Due to Brexit, it is now possible for customs to check the package. House of Nutrition has no influence on this and cannot speed up the check. Please keep this in mind. Please note that if you live outside the EU, customs clearance costs may be added to your already paid invoice. This is always at your own expense and cannot be recovered from House of Nutrition.

Not at home?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your package will be delivered to a relay point near you or to your neighbours. In the track & trace information you will be informed at which collection point or from which neighbors you can collect the package. So keep a close eye on the track & trace. Take your ID or passport with you when you pick up the package at the collection point. Your order will remain at the collection point for 7 days. After these 7 days, the package will be returned to House of Nutrition. As soon as we receive this return, we will credit the amount paid excluding the shipping costs incurred by us.

Package not delivered? Report within 14 days.
Packages must be delivered within the stipulated time. Packages that are not delivered within the set period must be reported by e-mail by the recipient within 14 days. No investigation can be started by the carriers after this period. It is then no longer possible to trace a shipment. If the report is not reported by e-mail within 14 days (, House of Nutrition will no longer accept it and will not send it again or refund it.
