50 grams Protein pancake
100 ml Water
Pure chocolate as required
Mix the protein pancake powder with the correct amount of water. Stir this mixture until it turns smooth mass. Then fry the pancakes on both sides in a hot pan. You form the pancakes with fresh fruit and possibly some dark chocolate. For the fresh taste, a little bit of cottage of the still hot pancake is the perfect addition, enjoy but!

2 dl oat flakes
2 tsp baking powder
1 ml vanilla powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon to taste
protein of one egg
1 vanille protein pudding
1 tbsp calorie apple sauce
0.5 dl skinny milk
100 grams coconut cream
100 grams blueberries
Mix the oat flakes until flour and then mix it with the baking powder, vanilla powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a bowl. You mix the other ingredients, the protein, protein pudding, apple sauce and milk in another bowl. The two bowls can then be merged and your pancake mixture is complete.
