Pancakes with proteins and oats

You can't just make a pancake from the pancake mix from First Class Nutrition. Pancake mix is a mixture of Whey Isolate and Milk Isolate enriched with pure oat flour. A serving of pancake mix contains no less than 35 g of proteins .

Slow and fast proteins

The proteins in the pancake are of very high quality and provide your body with the necessary aminos for a long time.

Whey isolate has the advantage that it is quickly absorbed into the body and has a higher insulin response. This prevents muscle breakdown after a heavy workout.

Milk proteins or Casein is often used after an evening workout, to ensure sufficient amino acids throughout the night. After 4 to 6 hours you still have a stable and increased amino acid level.

This delicious mix can be prepared very easily by simply adding water, mixing and baking. The proteins contribute to the maintenance and building of muscle mass. Cinnamon has been added to this delicious alternative to protein shakes to make it even more enjoyable.

Instructions
Mix 100 g of powder with 200 ml of water/milk for 4 pancakes.
