Whey Choco Granola

Discover our recipe for homemade Granola 2.0, where the addition of whey and nuts ensures a wonderful crispness and an extra protein boost!

Ingredients

  • 50 gram hazelnuts
  • 50 grams of walnuts
  • 80 grams of oat flakes
  • 20 grams of pumpkin seeds
  • 20 gram dried fruit (gojis, cranberries, raisins)
  • 1.5 scoop chocolate whey protein
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation method

Step 1. To start, preheat the oven to 175 degrees and cover a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2. Then, chop the nuts, seeds and dried fruit into small pieces with a knife or in a food processor. Then put it in a bowl and add the oatmeal flakes, a pinch of salt and 1 ½ scoop whey powder.

Step 3: Melt the coconut oil in a pan or in the microwave and mix with the Tahini and the maplesirup.

Step 4: Now it’s time to mix the wet and dry ingredients together. Spread the mixture evenly over the baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes, until golden brown.

Step 5: Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool well before using it.

For optimum freshness and crispiness, keep the granola in an airtight pot or container. Have fun with enjoyment!
