Vegan oatmeal cookies

Ingredients

100 grams of oatmeal
2 ripe bananas
30 grams Choco Plant Protein Scitec
< /span> 20 grams of Organic Walnuts
Unsweetened red fruit jam

Preparation

  1. Chop the walnuts roughly. Mash finely the bananas with a fork and fold in the oatmeal, protein powder and the chopped walnuts together.
  2. Roll ten balls of it dough and flatten them slightly with your hand.
  3. Make with a spoon in it a small well in the middle of each dough and scoop half a teaspoon fruit jam.
  4. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and place for 18-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
