Ingredients

130 grams of silk tofu
50 grams of chickpea flour
65 grams of unsweetened applesauce
25 grams of cocoa powder
1 banana
2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
30 grams of Plant Protein (Scitec Nutrition)
10 grams of baking powder

Preparation

  1. Cut the banana into slices and put them together with the other ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Use a cake tin and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Then pour the batter into the cake tin.
  5. Put the cake tin in the oven at 180 degrees for 22 minutes.
  6. After baking the let the brownies cool down and divide into 14 pieces.
