Vegan apple pie

380 grams of silk tofu
100 grams of almond powder
110 grams of self-raising flour
2 ripe medium bananas (about 200gr)
4 apples (about 350gr)
Lemon Juice
GOT7 Flavor Drops Caramel

  1. Take a round baking pan and grease it with the cooking spray.
  2. Cut the apples into slices and divide them over the tin.
  3. Drizzle the slices with some lemon juice and 10 grams of flour.
  4. Mix the remaining ingredients, add the flavor drops to taste and pour the dough over the apple slices.
  5. Place the tin in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
