Is it easy to place an order at House of Nutrition

It is very easy to place an online order at House of Nutrition.

  • Search for the product and optionally choose the content /variation /flavor you want to order
  • click the button " in shopping cart ".
  • When you have finished choosing products, go to the shopping cart where you will see an overview of the order. Here you can also change the numbers or remove products.
  • Choose " I am going to order "
  • A possible discount code for a discount can be entered in the shopping cart. ongoing action.
  • Choose a free checkout gift so that it will be added to your order.
  • Then choose how you want the package to be delivered. We have several options for this.
  • If everything is entered correctly, then choose again " I'm going to order ".
  • You can then choose to order as a guest or create an account. Fill in your details carefully here.
  • You can also just log in with an existing account with your login details.
  • Click on "next" and you will enter the payment environment. Then choose the way you want to pay and click " continue" . You will now enter the payment environment of the chosen payment method.
  • Once you have completed the payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us with all the details of your order.

I am getting an error message, what should I do?

That's very annoying. To determine what exactly is going on, take a screenshot of the reported problem. Please contact our customer service and we will do everything we can to resolve this. When will my order be shipped for free?

For countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs are always charged.

You will see these shipping costs during the checkout process. This may differ per country.

How long does it take to receive my package?

The following applies to every order: ordered before 17:00 and will be shipped the same day. Your order will be offered at PostNL and from that moment PostNL is responsible for your order.

You will receive a track and trace code with which you can follow the order. We cannot say how long a parcel will be on its way because this differs per country.

I have not received a confirmation in my mailbox?

Sometimes it happens that your confirmation ends up in your spam box. Check if that is the case. If you cannot find it, you can check in your own account whether the order can be found there. If this is listed, the order has been successful. If it is not listed, please contact customer service: info@houseofnutrition.nl. We can check whether the order has been placed or whether something else is going on.

Pay attention! The track and trace codes are always sent later than the order is placed. This will only be sent when we give your package to PostNL.

Can I still change my order after confirmation?

After you have placed an order and confirmed it no longer possible to change it. If you place your order at that time If you want to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to info@houseofnutrition.nl!

How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel it independently in your account in the overview of your orders up to 15 minutes after placing an order.

A product is sold out. What now?

On the product page of the relevant article you will find a field in which you can enter your e-mail address to click on Be informed when this product is back in stock.
