How can I return my order?

Until when can I return my order?

You can return your order within 30 days if you have received your ordered products (in case of sports nutrition) are unopened and sealed stayed.

Can I exchange a product?

It is unfortunately not possible to exchange products. However, it is possible to order a product and re-order another product.

Are there costs associated with returns?

If you have ordered incorrectly, changed your mind, made a mistake with ordering, or want to cancel the purchase, you can return products at your own expense.

For returns we charge an amount of € 9.95 as a contribution to the shipping costs. We will then deduct this amount from the purchase price, including any shipping costs.

We will refund the amount to the account with which your order was paid.

When can I return for free?

• You have received a different product than the one you received ordered
• The product you have ordered is defective or damaged
• The expiry date of the product is expired at the time of receipt or when you have received a product that has a short best before date and an offer price, while you have the full amount paid.
