- 150gr self-raising flour
- 150gr low-fat Greek yogurt
- 30gr vanilla whey protein
- 1 teaspoon of rapeseed oil
- 10gr Scitec Nutrition Peanut Butter Protein

Mix in the flour, yogurt, whey protein and rapeseed oil into a bowl and knead it into a ball. Roll out the dough into a rectangle with a thickness of about 1 cm. Sprinkle some extra flour if the dough is too heavy sticks. Divide the dough into four strips, spread a portion of pasta on each strip choice, such as hazelnut spread or peanut butter.
