Delicious protein Donut Rolls, filled with your favorite Spread for an extra tasty taste. Ready in an instant, nice and fresh The oven!


- 150gr Self-rising flower

- 150 gr lean Greek yogurt

- 30 gr Vanilla Whey Protein

- 1 teaspoon of rapeseed oil

- 10 gr Peanut Butter

10 gr hazelnut paste light (or as little sugar as possible)


Mix the flour, yogurt, the whey protein and rapeseed oil A bowl and knead it into a globe. Roll out the dough into a rectangle with a Thickness of approximately 1 cm. Sprinkle some extra flower over it as the dough too bad stick. Divide the dough into four strips, lubricate a part of a part of each bar choice such as hazelnut paste or peanut butter. Use 5 grams per bar for this Carefully roll up each bar. Place the four rolls on a lightly buttered oven plate. Bake for 12 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
