And what if you love all your breakfast ingredients could make a cake? This cake has everything to make your day a good start!

Ingredients for filling and topping

600 grams of low-fat Greek yogurt 

30 grams of vanilla whey (Performance Pure Whey) 

4 leaves of gelatin 

(vegetable) milk 

a few drops of lemon juice 

unsweetened raspberry jam

Ingredients bottom

100 grams of oatmeal 

40 grams of GOT7 Protein Spread Hazelnut spread 

10 grams of honey

Preparation of the bottom

  1. Mix the oatmeal, the protein spread hazelnut spread and honey and spread over the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Press the mixture well.

Preparation of the filling and topping

  1. Soak the gelatin in cold water, squeeze and dissolve a dash of milk over a low heat.
  2. Mix the yogurt, whey, gelatin and lemon juice and pour it mixture over the bottom. Place the spring form in the for a few hours (or overnight) fridge and cover with the unsweetened jam.
