This strawberry pudding recipe is one of our favorites. Nowadays you can enjoy strawberries all year round, which makes this fruits even more attractive. Moreover, preparation is very easy making you put this delicious and healthy strawberry pudding on the table. Tasty as a snack, but also a good choice for a healthy breakfast!
1 dl Cottage Cheese 1.5%
100 g Protein Pudding Vanilla
1 dl frozen strawberries or fresh
1 teaspoon chia seed
Start defrosting of the strawberries. This can be done at room temperature and in the refrigerator. Puree the strawberries when it is thawed with chia seeds and then allow this mix to cool for about 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
In the meantime you can mix the cottage cheese with the protein pudding. We use the Protein Pudding Van Njie. This delicious and creamy protein-rich pudding is available in various flavors, but for this recipe we undoubtedly recommend the Vanilla taste. If the pudding is ready, you use the strawberries and chia seed mix as a delicious topping. Enjoy but!
