Strawberry pudding recipe

This strawberry pudding recipe is one of our favorites. Nowadays you can enjoy strawberries throughout the year, which makes this type of fruit even more attractive. Moreover, the preparation is very simple, so you put these delicious and healthy strawberry pudding on the table. Tasty as a snack, but also a good choice for a healthy breakfast!

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of chia seed
  • 70 gr strawberries This is about 3 large strawberries (fresh or freezer)
  • Pair of pecans

Preparation:

Start defrosting the strawberries if you have chosen freezer. This is possible both at room temperature and in the fridge. Puree the strawberries when they are thawed with chia seeds and then let it cool in the fridge for about 10 minutes.

  1. Mix all pudding ingredients in a blender or food processor well. If the pudding is a bit too sour, you can possibly have some Flavour drops of scitec Add or honey.
  2. Pour the pudding in a bowl or glass jar
  3. Put in the fridge for at least 2 hours or preferably an entire night.
  4. Remove the strawberries pudding from the fridge.
  5. You use the strawberries with chia seeds and a few pecans as a delicious topping.
