Great to cool off immediately after a training. In addition, your muscles are supplemented with this snack with proteins and carbohydrates. In short, a tasty and healthy snack, which you can also easily prepare!
Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons pure whey vanilla or banana
- 500 grams of frozen banana
- 250 ml Lean yogurt
- 50 ml semi -skimmed milk
Preparation:
Froated bananas are not required for this recipe, but If you ask us, this makes the ice extra tasty! Therefore, start freezing the bananas. Do this at least the evening before you want to make the recipe. For this you peel the bananas, chop them into pieces and put it in freezer bags in the freezer.
Then you can get started with the preparation. Mix all ingredients together. An ice machine is a solution here, but otherwise it will be mixed well and pricks with 2 forks or with the mixer with 2 dough hooks. The mixture can remain a bit thicker, so that it really looks like ice. Then scoop the ice into a bowl with a heated (ice) spoon and you can enjoy a delicious and healthy after workout snack! For variation you can go for a tasty topping of blueberries, strawberries or a tasty syrup.
