Which proteins are in the Protein Baking Mix?

Calcium caseinate is digested slowly and provides a gradual release of amino acid into your bloodstream. Whey proteins , on the other hand, work very quickly, so your body is immediately supplied with the necessary amino acids that contribute to muscle growth and muscle recovery. Hydrolyzate has high-quality amino acid profiles , is low in fat and has an extremely low lactose content. Isolate is considered the purest form with the highest biological value. It is absorbed faster than other proteins, which can contribute to maximum protein synthesis. Whey Isolate also contains virtually no fat or lactose and can be considered the best protein source to support lean muscle mass.

Protein Baking Mix of Performance ingredients: Whole oat flour (gluten), whey protein concentrate (Emulg:. Soy Lecithin) (milk), egg powder, mixture (wheat flour (gluten), whey proteins, modified starch (E1450) (milk) , Milk Protein Isolate, Egg Albumin, Dextrose, ModCarb ( Oat Bran, Organic Quinoa, Organic Amaranth, Organic Buck Wheat , Organic Millet), Baking Powder (E450, E500, Fortified Wheat Flour ( Wheat Flour (Gluten), Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamine (B1)), Flavor, Sodium Chloride, Thickeners (Guar Gum and Xanthan Gum), Sweeteners (E950) and (E955).

Mix 50 g with 100 ml of water. For pancake: cook over a low heat in a good non-stick pan with a small amount of fat.

This mix can also be used for waffles: 50 grams Protein Baking mix and 50 milk and 50 ml sparkling water. If you really like it tasty, follow this recipe: 100 grams Protein Baking Mix, 50 ml Alpro Soy milk, 50 ml bubble water, 1 egg.
