After an intensive training you naturally take in your proteins faithfully… But, there is another way? Protein-rich snacks…..have you ever thought about that?

  Protein Ice Cream

How about a delicious ice cream, enriched with proteins? The idea is simple and really at your fingertips! You are now offered the opportunity to make ‘Protein Ice Cream’ in a very short time. Easy and delicious!

Preparation
You take 100 ml. water and 50 g Protein Ice Cream. You add this together and mix like a normal protein shake. After mixing, pour it into a bowl or dish that easily fits in the freezer. After about 3 hours, the mixture has hardened and you can enjoy delicious ice cream without feeling guilty. Each dose contains no less than 28% proteins!

Make your own yoghurt popsicles with Clear Whey from First Class Nutrition or Applied Nutrition.

Preparation
Mix 30 grams of Clear Whey (about 1 scoop) in 300 ml of yoghurt and freeze for at least 4 hours. Let it stand for half an hour before use so that you can easily scoop it out. Enjoy!

Protein pancake

Preparation

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Melt the butter, set aside, and let it cool slightly. Whisk eggs and sugar in a bowl until fluffy. Mix all the dry ingredients and then add them to the egg-sugar mixture. Add the melted butter and Propud Milkshake Vanilla Ice Cream. Gently mix the batter. Divide the batter into muffin tins, filling them about 2/3 full. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
