The main free-form amino acids are Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, which belong to the branched-chain amino acid family (BCAA). These BCAAs are an essential part of the 9 amino acids that our body cannot produce itself, so our only source of these amino acids is our daily diet or nutritional supplements. About 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins consist of branched-chain amino acids.

Glutamine, a prized ingredient among athletes, is also included in this formula. In addition, BCAA+GLUTAMINE XPRESS is enriched with Taurine. BCAA+GLUTAMINE XPRESS comes in exceptionally delicious flavors.

Instructions
