Vitamin D occurs naturally in foods such as Vitamin D2 (Ergocalciferol) and Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol).

Vitamin D3 Extra Strength Formula (2500 IU) is specially designed to meet the body's need for vitamin D3. This formula is fortified with a higher dose of vitamin D3, namely 2500 International Units (IU).

Instructions
