Ingredients

Whey protein isolate hydrolyzate ( soy , milk), anti-caking agents (- Magnesium stearate and -Silicon dioxide)

Instructions

Take 4 tablets 3 times a day. To be taken with 150ml of water or fruit juice. Preferably between or after meals.
