The use of BCAA COMPLEX is suitable during heavy competitions or training. Ingredients

Ingredients: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, gelatin capsule (gelatin and iron oxide), L-carnitine tartrate, L-alanine, L-carnosine, thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Instructions

Recommended dosage: 6 capsules (3 g BCAA) before training or competition. During less demanding activities, the dosage can be split into 3 capsules before and 3 capsules after the performance. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Use: swallow the capsules according to the recommended dosage with plenty of water. Alcoholic and milk drinks are not suitable. Do not chew capsules!
