It contains 12 active ingredients per capsule including Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B9, Vitamin B12, Vitamin A, Vitamin D. and Vitamin H. In addition to these vitamins it contains it also contains Colostrum, green tea extract, alpha lipoic acid and black pepper.

Instructions

Take 1 capsule per day with plenty of water. Maximum daily dose is 1 capsule.
