Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid that occurs naturally in our bodies. The prefixes "Alpha", "beta", "gamma", etc. describe the different spatial arrangement of amino acids, which is determined by the relationship between the amino group and the carboxyl group. Together with the essential amino acid L-histidine, beta-alanine is the building block of the dipeptide molecule called carnosine.

Instructions

General dose: take 5 capsules evenly distributed throughout the day. The most accurate dosage is 50 milligrams per kg body weight per day, in this case take as many capsules as necessary, divided into 800 mg, to achieve the desired amount of Beta Alanine
